Comet Software, a business software publishing group, aiming for 100M€ in turnover by 2027 through strong organic growth and the acquisition of software publishers asked us for a double challenge:

consolidating entities with heterogeneous accounting systems,
effectively managing activity at group level with reliable and up-to-date indicators.

Historical tools (Excel and manual reporting) no longer made it possible to monitor consolidated performance with reactivity and reliability.

Comet Software asked us to:

Implement a robust financial consolidation solution, adapted to a multi-entity structure in a rapid growth environment,
Industrialize management reporting in order to monitor consolidated financial KPIs (Sales, EBITDA, cash, budget, reforecast etc.)
Allow smooth and automated data retrieval in a Power BI environment, for the Board and GM of each company

Configuring consolidated accounts plans
Multi-standard mapping between entities
Integration of bundles and intercos flows
Structuring consolidated closing processes

The creation of a Power BI report connected via OData, allowing:

Real-time access to data from Amelkis
Customized dashboards by scope (subsidiary, region, business unit)
Monitoring consolidated financial performance according to scenarios (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
