Customer request
Melchior Santé Animale, a French pharmaceutical laboratory specializing in veterinary health, was facing a fragmentation of its commercial, logistical and administrative data.
Customer order forms, supplier order forms and stock management were managed in separate systems, without synchronization.
This situation made the management of commercial activity, the management of sales administration, as well as the accurate inventory tracking more complex.
In addition, as a player in the pharmaceutical sector, the customer had to meet strict requirements in terms of traceability, reliability of data, and security of information flows, in compliance with standards such as ISO 27001.
Result
We designed and deployed a data flow automation interface, interconnecting all the systems used by Melchior Santé Animale.
